Refund Policy

Home & School – Yummy Tummy Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for supporting our Home & School Yummy Tummy programme. To ensure smooth administration and to cover supplier and processing costs, the following refund and cancellation policy applies:

• Refund requests must be made before 10:00am on the day of Yummy Tummy. • To cancel an order, please contact the school office on 06 752 0707.

• Orders cancelled on the day of delivery will receive a 90% store credit of the total order value. • The remaining 10% will be retained to cover administration and processing fees that are non-recoverable.

• Orders that are not collected at lunchtime, or not cancelled before 10:00am on the day, will not be refunded or credited.

Approved refunds will be issued as a store credit only and can be used for future Yummy Tummy orders.
